Threadlocker 8263 High Strength Red 10ml

Rapidstick™ 8263 Threadlocker is a fast-curing, high-strength adhesive that permanently secures threaded fasteners, eliminating the need for double nutting or welding. It provides excellent resistance to heat, vibrations, water, oils, gases, and chemicals, ensuring a durable bond in tough conditions.

Ideal for fasteners up to 25mm (1″) in diameter, 8263 is perfect for applications with high vibrations or dynamic loads, such as engine components, transmissions, and valve sets. It performs best in thin bond gaps and provides controlled friction, ensuring the right torque/tension ratio during assembly.

When to choose a high-strength over medium-strength threadlocker:
Use a high-strength threadlocker like 8263 for critical fasteners exposed to heavy vibrations, high temperatures, or harsh environments, where disassembly is not needed. For applications requiring occasional disassembly, such as in electronics or light machinery, a medium-strength threadlocker, NA1528, is more suitable as it allows for easier removal without damage.
